Went for my birthday and they made me feel like the most important person of the day!! Service, food, atmosphere, will most definitely be back as much as possible!

My 6th year visiting Melting Pot for my anniversary and over the years we have met new staff every time but every time they are consistent and provide excellent service. (I will say I did select a flower bouquet on the online reservation and unfortunately did not receive the flowers but that’s on me I didn’t speak up/ nor was I charged.) We did the Big Night Out and it was delicious. Started with the cheese fondue appetizer and then for our salad we had the Cesar salad WITH the garlic and wine seasoning, then moved onto our entree; the teriyaki steak and the potstickers and the shrimp were my faves and paired with the green goddess and teriyaki sauce. We finished with white chocolate fondue and they brought out a plate with Happy Anniversary written on it, such a sweet sentiment. Excellent service everytime! Abby was a great server and the manager even held the door open for us as we left.

What an experience. Cheese fondue, chocolate fondue, great selection of entree. And if you are lucky enough to get Kerrick as your waiter one of your most enjoyable meals.

We had an amazing evening for the Galentine’s event on Tuesday night at the Melting Pot in Harrisburg. Danny and his staff are phenomenal! The experience was made even better with the gals from Bee Present Wellness featuring their offerings. Our server Cameron gave us five star service and the food was delicious! Thank you for such a great night!

Tried this place out for the first time. Was immediately greeted by very friendly staff. Cameron was our server. What a great guy. Kept the drinks full, and was very consistent in his service. Funny and carry’s himself well. 10/10 service from Cameron. We also met Tim who spoke highly of the food and made great recommendations. Both gentlemen were a pleasure and the Melting Pot is lucky to have them. The food was enjoyable. I went in thinking I would not enjoy this style of dining and was very surprised. Garlic Steak is the way to go! Although the food was great, we’re returning because of the service these two gentlemen provided. 10/10 would recommend!!!
